One would not think that mushrooms are a good hydrating food and yet they are very rich in water (about 92 %) and also low in calories.
Milk contains up to 90 % water, yogurt about 80 %. As for cheeses, their content depends on how they are made: the more they are drained and pressed, the less water they contain.
