
Over the weeks, by following SOSCuisine’s recipes and advice, my intestinal flora was rebuilt. I was able to gradually reintroduce a greater quantity of the problematic foods.
Today, I can eat most of the foods that used to cause me problems. I know how much my body can tolerate without stomach aches, diarrhea, or constipation. I’m so glad those problems are behind me.
