Ingredients

2 oranges 360 g
2 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed 1/4 lemon
1 tsp sugar 4 g

Method

  1. Cut the oranges into bite-size pieces. Put in a bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar. Let rest a few minutes.
  2. Toss well and portion out into individual cups. Serve.

Really good! :D I picked a firm orange (no spongeyness) that probably would have been tasty on its own. With the lemon juice and some brown sugar, it really felt like a dessert. :) While I still love juicy oranges by themselves, I can definitely see myself using this recipe.
