An excellent spicy dip for fish, grilled meats, and vegetables.
1/2 cup | mayonnaise | 120 g | |
1/2 cup | lactose-free yogurt | 130 g | |
2 tsp | capers, finely chopped | 6 g | |
1/2 tsp | cayenne pepper | 2 g |
Chop the capers then put them in a small bowl. Add the mayonnaise, yogurt, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
